"Great property on the south peninsula. We were a group of 5 adults and 2 kids. This was perfect for our group. Short walk to Turtle beach. A 15 minute walk to Cockleshell beach and the Reggae beach bar. Kids were able to swim at each of these beaches and enjoy the private pool. The house is showing some wear, but is very clean. Other than our food, the house had everything we needed. Communication with the host was easy. We would definitely return here."

Alex & Annie willingly answered all my questions about St Kitts, places to visit around the island, and most importantly, places to eat and have fun. The location is perfect! Close to the airport, ferry to Nevis, Frigate Bay beach bars, Port Zante and a few steps from the town center. The best part is that it cost less than $87/night including taxes. Best deal in town. "The hotel is next to Port Zante and all the tourists stores for the cruise ships. Good downtown location. Two minute walk to the Ram's large grocery store. My room was large and all the rooms come with a mini kitchen. It was stocked with dishes, glasses, pans, knives, silverware, electric stove, large fridge. The AC is in the ceiling, quiet, and it kept the room cold. My room faced the main street, Bay Road. But, with the windows closed it was quiet. I think it's the best downtown Basseterre hotel. "
